Notices...

Reminder that the school and college will be closed to pupils & students for staff training on Thursday 29th June.  We do expect pupils/students to be in on Wednesday 28th June as they will have the opportunity to visit the Royal Norfolk Show on the Thursday.

Bus Travel
If your child travels to school by bus please be aware that your son / daughter has been issued with a long term bus pass. It is very important that this bus pass is not thrown away as it will be used next year. We have been advised that lost bus passes (or damaged bus passes) will only be replaced once a £10 administration charge has been paid to Norfolk County Council.

Please also be aware that some bus timings and some bus routes have changed for 2017-18. The new timings will be on NCC's school transport website in late July 2017.

Places for September 2017

We are delighted to report that the governors have agreed to increase the intake of the school for September 2017. This means there will be plenty of spaces for pupils who wish to join our Year 7. Please spread the word as each additional pupil generates extra income for the school that can be spent on educational resources for all pupils.

A Level Results

Once again RHSC achieved the best A level results of all state schools in the county. 100% of all grades were at A*-E and 86% of all grades were at A*-C.

Since the opening of Reepham College in 2010 RHSC has become one of the nation's highest achieving (in terms of progress made by students) sixth forms in the nation. This September it has over 240 students from eight 11-16 schools.

GCSE Results
Our 2016 GCSE results were of the very highest order this summer. Under the new measure of Progress 8, (which measures the progress of all pupils in 8 GCSE subjects), we anticipate a score of +0.42. This means that our pupils achieved, on average, nearly half a grade higher in each of their GCSEs  than that of the national average pupil of similar ability. Progress 8 data will be released by the government in October so please keep your eyes on the local press.
